Joanne McLaughlin Joanne McLaughlin is trained and experienced in behavior intervention, crisis management, assault response as well as transportation of high-risk youth. She has over 9 years experience in working with children in juvenile institutions, group homes, and local and national "at-risk" youth programs. Joanne is highly skilled at locating and safely returning troubled youths to their families. Over her career, Joanne has mentored hundreds of troubled youth, and she continues to make a difference in the lives of children at risk. Joanne holds a MBA, along with CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard Certification. |
