Samisoni Latu My name is Samisoni Latu, but I am known as Soni. I am currently in college working towards a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology. I have been transporting kids since 2006 and have gained a great compassion towards these adolescents. I have been working with youth since 1998 as a coach for rugby, volleyball, basketball and track & field. I have worked as a Teacher’s Aide for special education students at a high school here in the states and as a substitute teacher in the islands. I have worked as a camp organizer and counselor for kids of all ages in several summer programs. I am the president for our church youth group, which includes youth between the ages of 12 to 18. I am also an active member of the California Trust Line and am certified in First Aid and CPR. I hope that the youth I work with realize that my goal is to help and guide them to a better and brighter future that they deserve. |
