He hires young adults and mentors them in this industry. He is a singer/songwriter. He has a genuine interest in helping at-risk youth and enjoys doing the intervention/transports on his off seasons. He has transporting at-risk youth for the last few years. He is a father of 2 children and a grandfather of 4. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Laurie has made her career in the education system. She has worked as a juvenile probation officer for about 3 years. She has been teaching high school for the last 18 years. She has a Bachelor Degree in English, Bachelor Degree in Education, and a Master Degree in Special Education. She has been transporting at-risk youth for the last 4 years. She is trained in non-violent crisis intervention. She enjoys mentoring teenagers, writing weekly movie reviews and freelance writing. She is a mother of 1 son and a grandmother of 1.
